Owner-Builder Field Manual (OBFM 1-26) is separate from WFM 1-26. It will organize the sequence from raw land to finished home: site evaluation, planning, systems, construction phases, inspections, and closeout.

RELATIONSHIP TO WFM

WFM owns reusable workshop procedures, tools, fabrication, cabinetry, furniture, finishing, and inspection. OBFM owns the site-to-home sequence.
